How we do it (our approach)
- We are focused
- We know that we cannot be everything to everybody. We know identity management, and HR and we know the associated products from Sun and Oracle. That's it, that's us. More than a few of our clients were surprised when we explained that their money would not be wisely spent by asking us to become their DBAs or html coders. We're very focused in what we do, and we do it extremely well. We choose this as our approach to exercise our integrity and our commitment to our own values and those of our customers.
- We are deeply invested in our client and partner relationships.
- We've had some of the same valued clients for over fifteen years. These are relationships based on mutual success and respect. When our customers pick up the phone to call us, they are calling us by name: It's personal. The same goes for our partners. We serve our clients by having solid support and access to our partners' organizations. We value the fact that we are often sought as the go-between for our clients and partners, providing a dispassionate and level view to bring both sides to a common point of understanding.
- We choose to be a small and dedicated team.
- Being small means we are light on formality and bureaucracy. The work we do can be complicated. Working with us is not. Being dedicated to our common success means our consultants support one another. The benefit to our clients, is that when they hire one or two of us, they actually get the benefit of a whole team of backing resources. It is a common practice for us to have internal project support meetings with other Nulli resources to obtain different perspectives. It's simply part seeing all the alternatives in doing the best possible job.
