Sun Identity Manager
Our Track Record with Sun Identity Manager:
We've successfully introduced Sun Identity Manager to customers who, previously, did not have an identity management solution. We've also replaced existing provisioning systems with Sun Identity Manager providing a more satisfactory result for our customers.
We've left no stone unturned when it comes to the implementation of Sun Identity Manager. Our experience with Sun Identity Manager includes the following:
- Developed processes to synchronize data from HR systems to provision and de-provision user accounts in Active Directory, MS Exchange, SUN and Novell LDAP directories, PeopleSoft, RSA tokens, as well as custom and third-party software
- Customized the user interface for both administrators and end users
- Developed user interfaces to manage, reset and synchronize to passwords across multiple applications
- Developed audit reports
- Developed custom workflows around provisioning processes
- Designed and developed custom adapters and implemented SPML and SPML2 interfaces to allow processes outside of Sun IdM to trigger provisioning actions
- Developed custom adapters for very specific challenges not solved out of the box
- Developed password reset kiosks
With every Sun IdM implementation, we we bring our depth of knowledge in identity management, directory services (LDAP) and single sign-on (SSO). We use a broad perspective to formulate every solution we craft for the Sun IdM product.
