Who we are

Nulli Secundus Inc. is a provider of consulting services offering a complete strategic, functional and operational view of all people and entities associated with the enterprise. Nulli people have a proven record of repeatedly being successful with implementing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and the Identity Management products from Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Nulli specializes in providing the knowledge, experience and maturity required for implementing these products as a foundation for managing Human Resources, Compliance, Provisioning, Single-Sign-On, and Security for both the Intranet and Extranet.

In operation since 1986, we are a Calgary-based consulting services organization with clients across Canada and the United States. Our clients span many sectors including energy, technology, manufacturing, retail, higher education and all levels of government.

Considered a leader in the field of Identity Management, Nulli Secundus provides strategic direction and hands-on implementation expertise. Working with the Oracle Fusion Middleware suite of Identity Management products and Sun Microsystems Identity suite, Nulli Secundus brings the right mix of skills and experience to every identity project we undertake. Having worked with Oracle Access Manager (previously Oblix CoreID) since its release in 1998, we have an unmatched record of successful implementations of the Oracle Access Manager. This early entry into the Identity field means that we possess unique knowledge across the now-broad spectrum of Identity applications.

We work with our clients on every facet of their Identity project, including strategic planning, product selection, architecture and roadmaps, security policy development, workflow, administration, enhanced user interface, installation, configuration, customization, application integration and quality assurance.

Since 1989, Nulli has developed a leading PeopleSoft HCM practice. Our consultants have a technically superior knowledge of PeopleSoft, a deep understanding of the Human Resources and Payroll functions, and an extensive knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft with other applications and systems. They are PeopleSoft people of the highest degree. Looking to the future, we are preparing to help our clients implement and to support the Oracle Fusion product release.

Our knowledge of both Identity and HR systems allows us to provide particular expertise in the integration of an Identity strategy with HR systems, including directory strategy, requirements definition, schema design, data cleansing and conversion, and adaptor design, customization and deployment.

We assist organizations with expertise in all stages of the HR lifecycle from requirements definition, highly technical enhancements, functional design and implementation to upgrades, testing and training.
